These terms apply to the SideTally mobile app and website, operated by Axia Fusion. By using SideTally you agree to them.
SideTally is not tax advice
SideTally produces planning estimates based on the numbers you enter and published IRS rates and brackets. Estimates are exactly that: estimates. They are not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and SideTally is not a substitute for a qualified tax professional. You are responsible for your actual tax filings and payments. Verify important figures with a professional or with the IRS before acting on them.
Your data, your responsibility for accuracy
The quality of every estimate depends on what you enter. SideTally does not verify your income, expenses, or mileage against any outside source.
Subscriptions
- SideTally Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple or Google account, at the price shown before you subscribe.
- Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- You can cancel any time in your device's subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- The free tier remains usable if you cancel. Your data stays yours either way.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service. That's it.
Warranty and liability
SideTally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axia Fusion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including tax penalties, interest, underpayments, or losses arising from reliance on estimates. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
